Does the item come with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA)?
All items purchased from HT Framing & Memorabilia are issued with our Certificate of Authenticity to guarantee the product. Each item comes with a unique Identification Number which is recorded on our database. We personally guarantee all our items are 100% authentic and have been personally Hand Signed. Visit our Authenticity page for more information.
If any of our autographs are deemed to be not authentic, we will refund the full purchase price of the item.
How do I order an Item?
Ordering from HTFM is very simple and easy. Items can be purchased online through our secure online payment system, which encrypts all sensitive data to protect your credit card details. To purchase your item, simply select the item. Add the item to your cart. Once you are happy with your purchase/s, fill out your details and complete the payment.
We also offer a other payment methods which include the following:

How long will my item take for delivery?
Most items will be shipped out within 48 hours of receiving your order. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Victoria -1-2 working days
South Australia - 2-3 working days
New South Wales -2-3 working days
Queensland -3-4 working days
Northern Territory -4-5 working days
Western Australia - 4-5 working days
Tasmania - 2-3 working days
We can also offer a faster service with Express Post, but this will incur an additional cost. Please feel free to contact us first before you place your order.
Please note Large Frames are sent out with our Courier Services. We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses. We recommend these items be shipped to a Work Address as these items will need to be signed for.
How will the Item be packaged?
All our items are professionally packaged in customised boxes with Bubble Wrap. All items are registered and insured to ensure the safe delivery of the item.
